Dr.Kelly earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Sacred Heart University in 2006. She went on to pursue a doctoral degree in School Psychology from the University of South Florida, and graduated in 2012. She completed her pre-doctoral internship through the University of Maryland School of Medicine Psychology Internship Consortium, where she provided a wide variety of school-based mental health services to students in Baltimore City Public Schools. After graduation, Dr. Kelly completed a post-doctoral fellowship in the Behavior Management Clinic at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. During her fellowship, she provided behavioral parent training for parents of young children with challenging behavior. Dr. Kelly is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Maryland, as well as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She has eight years of experience serving students and families as school psychologist in a local school district. She has provided psychological services to students with a range of disabilities, including learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, anxiety, depression, and developmental delays. Her areas of expertise include psychological and educational evaluation, counseling, and consultation. Dr. Kelly joined the staff of PAM in September2020 as a part-time psychologist. Here at PAM, Dr. Kelly completes comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations. In her free time, Dr. Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors.
