Jason Brody grew up in Queens, New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Yale University. From there he pursued a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed in New York and Maryland.
Prior to joining Psych Associates of Maryland he worked in the Emergency Department at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY. He also interned at Jefferson Hospital Behavioral Health Services in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings in Jefferson Hills, PA. In addition to practicing medicine, he has a wide variety of experiences in teaching and ministry, having counseled adults and adolescents over the last 15 years in the U.S. and abroad. His interests outside of psychiatry include fine art, theology, film, tutoring, and outdoor activities.
