Listening and developing a safe trusting environment is always my priority, and I utilize a holistic, person-centered, and solution-focused therapeutic approach tailored to a client’s unique needs. I use techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic/existential theory, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), biofeedback, neurofeedback, mindfulness training, rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), and other techniques in my personalized approach.
My skills and experience are ideally suited to help anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, relational challenges, challenging life transitions/circumstances, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and/or mood instability. Through our work together, my clients are empowered with the knowledge, understanding, and skills needed to gain control, balance, and fulfillment in life.
I am a doctoral candidate (PsyD) with over seven years of experience working with struggling with mental health challenges. I have worked primarily with adolescents and adults. I provide therapeutic services to clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems, including anxiety, depression, autism, TBI, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, PTSD, and ADD/ADHD.
