Rather than dictate treatment plans to our patients, we educate our patients about all care options available, the risks and benefits of each treatment, and the most up to date research. Providers and patients then collaboratively develop treatment plans that meet the patient's needs while also adhering to the patient's values.
Our providers teams are interdisciplinary and include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician's assistants, therapists, and nutritionists. We believe the different training perspectives and areas of expertise represented by our treatment teams serve to strengthen the management of our patients.
We utilize the most current, peer-reviewed scientific research to inform our treatment options. In order to provide cutting-edge interventions, PAM created a research division that collaborates with scientists in the private sector to contribute to the research literature and advance the mental health field.
Our providers are committed to providing trauma-informed care that promotes a culture of safety, empowerment, and compassion for our patients and our staff.
Our providers are sensitive and responsive to the diverse values, beliefs, religions, nationalities, sexualities, and gender identities of our patients. We offer treatment options with a Spanish-speaking psychiatrist in order to increase access to women in historically underserved communities.
We Believe Black Lives Matter
Our office practices have evolved with a focus on environmental sustainability. In action, this involves reducing waste, reducing energy consumption, and utilizing office products that are sustainably and ethically sourced. Our commitment to sustainable practices helps to build a healthier community and a happier workplace.
